"I've been a customer for years with this store and had no problems; but surely it must be under new management and they have a corrupt business persona, now.

I used to always get an invoice sent to my email and this time NOT and their excuse is it went to my spam (it did NOT). I never requested overnight & they're swearing I did even though it was NOT received til 4 days, why would I pay $22.00 for overnight and don't receive it til 4 days later?

It's horrible, the way businesses are scheming to get money from long standing, faithful customers. You cannot trust businesses anymore."
