"Chase Pennell at Quality Logo Products was nothing but a pleasure and a joy to work with. Chase worked with me over a couple weeks helping me to identify which leather portfolios suited my program best. Chase took it a step further by sending me three different portfolios to look at and choose from to better help assist my choice. After deciding which product to buy, Chase made the purchasing process easy peazy. Unfortunately, Quality Logo Products sent me 50 portfolios that where my logo was not at the center of the portfolio. HAVE NO FEAR!! Quality logo products stepped up to the plate and made it right by correcting their mistake, reprinting 50 portfolios, and getting them to me within a couple of days.
I get it, it **** when there are mistakes but we are only human and I REALLY I appreciate Chase and Quality Logo Products having top quality customer service and pride in their products to provide the best customer service possible. "
