"I bought ball joints (dv8) from quadratec I am a 20 year ase master tech after installing and grease 3 week later my steering would stick and not return after checking everything over I determined one of the ball joints was sticking. Contacted quadratec and they said they would warranty them this was in March 2023 it is now June 2023 no ball joints but lots of emails saying they are on back order and will be shipped when available. I contacted quadratec to see when I would receive them and was asked for pics of damage but am not able to do so with the nature of the issue. Long story they tell me it's not the ball joints causing the issue and must be something else and they are not going to warranty them so after 3 months of emails saying they will be shipped when available now I have to buy new ones. Moral is but from someone that will honor the warranty read reviews even one customer saying they don't honor warranty is too many."

"It is quite absurd that the package was received in the condition it was in. The box was barely hanging on by a side and a half. At that point, just use a different box so the item isn't messed up. I've never had any issues with Quadratec in the past, but this deilvery was a tad unacceptable!"

"how ever the bike rack to receiver hitch bolt is too short to reach thru the factory installed receiver hitch on my 2020 jeep also the Free hitch tightener u-bolt is too small to go around the factor install receiver hitch so I am unable to use it, unless you can send me a larger tightener "
"I ordered the roof rack last winter and never got the roof rack. Unfortunately I used PayPal which changes immediately when the order is placed. It took so long, I actually moved from CA to NY in the meantime. Quadratec service department told me the delivery address was updated. But the delivery address I was later told could not be changed according to Quadratec because I used PayPal and hence the order was never shipped. If I had used my credit card directly, no charge would have been made until delivery and the delivery address could have been updated. In the end when I saw the rack listed on the website and no longer "out of stock", I contacted Quadratec and was told to cancel the order to get a PayPal refund and reorder using my current address and credit card. "
