The fan on my graphics card fails and i call them only to discover no one is there. website gone and ebay store gone as well. then my hard drive failed(luckily stil covered by manufactuar),motherboard failed and processor failed. i hope to avoid a company like this again. did not honnor warenty."
"Won't honor warranty on components. Can't be reached by phone or email. Won't return any messages either by phone or email. I won't ever buy from them again. Used the cheapest power parts. They replaced a power supply in Sept/03, then the new one failed in Jan/04. I tried around 40 times via the phone and internet to contact them with no success. BAD BUSINESS!!!"
"was listed on ebay as a ATI video card. video card was made in hong kong, didnt not have NTSC support, useless to me in the US. Told them they listed it as an ATI card, but it was manufactured by another company and hence was not as described and i wanted my money back. they refused to admit it wasn't as descibed. after a little struggle, they did replace the hong kong card with another manufacturer's equivalent card that had NTSC support (since that was really my only problem with the card). So it cost me an extra month and the shipping charges for the original card back to them."
