"The web site is good. The order arrived very quickly. BUT, the cell phone was DEAD upon arrival, and it looked very old and cheap (definitely **NOT** a new cell phone). The screen was DEAD (couldn't show anything). I couldn't do a thing. I wrote to the customer support and asked for a full refund, they returned my emails all the time (so far). I got the RMA# and followed all their instructions. Since the location is in China, I had to return the package overseas. It costs me a fortune ($25.17), but I had faith in them. I thought I would get my refund. It has been more than a month. I wrote them again (p.s. they have NO phone number.) NO, they said they can only repair it or give me their store credits.... So, do **NOT** waste your money at this store. If you do, you will only flash your money in the toilet!"
