I purchased my item (RAM memory card) without actually being positive whether it was the correct compatible item for my device (An Edge Thinkpad 520). I then sent Quantum Technology an email asking them to help me to confirm if I had ordered correctly or indeed made an error. Quantum Technology responded swiftly, without obligation to do so, and helped me with my issue. For the which I am very grateful as I have experienced online sellers lack in communication once the transaction has been finalized.
Then it just so happened that the vendor whom I was purchasing my laptop from, for which I was intending to use the RAM memory card that I had purchased from Quantum Technology, informed me that they had discontinued the laptop of my choice (The 520) and planned to upgrade my order (To the Edge Thinkpad 530). I then found it necessary to re-contact Quantum Technology to inquire whether my already purchased RAM card would be compatible with my upgraded model. Once again, without obligation and very swiftly, Quantum Technology responded to my inquiry and helped me with my issue for the which I again am very grateful. Such customer service and professionalism shows great character. I believe this defines an honest vendor who has their customers best interest in mind and can be trusted.
