"I placed my order 6/16 thinking i ordered the right part. I even entered what kind of computer i was using in the box that popped up right before I placed the order. Anyway, today 6/18 I get an email asking me to call them to make sure i ordered the correct part. I realized i didn't. I few minutes later i get a call from them, again asking to confirm if i ordered what i really needed. I ended up cancelling my order because I realized I already had the right part at home. Anyway, I've never had that happen to me where an agent from a site called because they thought I made a mistake. That was very nice of them. Most other sites ship item and make us go through the entire return/refund process. This guy actually gave me my full refund within that hour. Very nice of him.
