"This was my first time dealing with Pyramid Air and over all it was a very good experience. I dealt directly with Ruth on the phone because I had a lot of questions about PCP guns, as this was my first one. Ruth answered all my questions and I started my research on your site which is very in formative with all the tutorial videos. Thanks for all the videos they made making my decision much easier because of all the info contained in them. I took my time and when I was ready called Ruth on her direct line which is another nice touch you offer making it nice to deal with the same person every time you call. Ruth answered more questions and I placed an order for an Air Venturi Avenge X with her. To make it more interesting I ordered it before I wanted for my birthday because stock was very low and Ruth was able to sell it and take it out of inventory yet delay shipping for almost 3 weeks in order to get it to me right when I wanted it. The rifle was billed exactly when she said it would and the in house services were performed right before shipping and the gun still arrived one day earlier than she predicted. Now that is what I call customer service. Ruth was a real pleasure to deal with and because your agents work on some commission I will be doing any future business with her for sure she really knows her stuff and how to deal with people. "Quick easy finding thing, great product, everything and more for air rifles, easy check out too. Only problem was it was shipped in a large box. A padded bag would have worked great, it would fit in my mailbox. USPS couldn’t fit the box in my mailbox so it was left on my porch. With crime being what it is it would have been better to have it hidden in my mailbox over just sitting in the wide open in hopes of it not being stolen once I got a text for delivery from usps."
