It's been almost a week and no response whatsoever. Very disappointing. Apparently, the company is willing to accept your money but unwilling to address service issues."

"I ordered some puzzles for friends, including one as a wedding present. Everything was really easy and the puzzles look great, like store-bought jigsaws. The good kind where there's a lot of variation in shape. The photos are sharp and the colours are good.
The front of the boxes look great. Tasteful, shows the photo and with the URL on the side. The only thing I'd change is to offer a box without the URL a gigantic ad on the back. I would have paid extra for that on the puzzle meant as a wedding present.
The price was good, shipping was free since I bought more than one puzzle. I ordered on Saturday and the puzzles zoomed over to Canada from Latvia by Wednesday.

Emailed the company and they said they had no personalization from me yet they did. First and last order from this company. Very disappointed considering the price. "For my wife's and my first wedding anniversary, I decided to go the traditional route and get a paper gift. I scanned our marriage certificate (added Happy 1st Anniversary onto it) and turned it into a 260 piece (although website says 252) puzzle.
Their customer service is very prompt. After I placed my order I realized that I uploaded the wrong image (not scaled properly), so I sent them an e-mail with the appropriate image as an attachment and asked that they use that image. They replied to me within a day and indicated that they received it and they will use it.
It took 6 days for the puzzle to arrive from Riga, Latvia to North Bay, Ontario, Canada. My order Date was July 26th and received it on August 1st.
I am very satisfied with the service and product I received."
