"I have been a customer for years and I stopped receiving my product so I called customer service. The agent I spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional. As it turns out my product was out of stock. I didn’t receive an email informing me of this, instead my shop date was continually moved back . I did receive product that I canceled on line, but it was shipped anyway and the rude customer service employee could see on my account that I canceled it but insisted I did something wrong so if I want to return the product I’ll have to pay the shipping, it’s been three months and I still haven’t received my product. No email, no apology. So disappointed in this company that I have been a loyal customer who has spent over 100 dollars a month for the last 8 years. I’m looking for a new company to buy my fish oil, vitamin d and other supplements from. "

"My daughter had chemo/radiation burns and needed 2 1/2 feet of small intestine removed. She was on TPN and weighed 94 pounds when she was dismissed from rehab due to expired insurance. I had used Purity Protein Powder and had some available. Made a smoothie of cranberry juice, banana and protein powder for her breakfast. She gained 8 pounds. Her Dr. said to give her TWO a day. We switch ingredients to spinach, apple clear Ensure, peanut butter and/or strawberries. She is being weaned off the TPN. "

"Using the Vitamin D and Fish oil and no problem. Added in Ultimate HA, and Flexuron and thought the cold I was recovering from was responsible. Cold is gone but not the morning and evening emptying of the bowels. I don't mind a good cleanse but haven't found a transitional dosage of the two new products that isn't fully cleansing. OMG. finally took Imodium to get a break from the runs and stopped all supplements. My joints are feeling better but at a cost, so far."

I called them 2 weeks later and they said they ran out. I told them to forget it and went to CVS. Next order was Night Sight scheduled to ship before Christmas. It never shipped. Called twice and each time I was told they ran out and would have more in a few days and it would ship right out. STILL WAITING! "
