Purity Products Customer Service decline

"I have been a Purity Products Customer for the last 8 yrs. I am completely satisfied with the products themselves, however since 2021 I noted a dramatic decline in their customer service program. While they boast of their pride in customer satisfaction, there is No follow up. Up until 2 yrs ago I had CSR assigned to my account. Now...no more...No follow up and my concerns from 5 and 6 yrs ago still not resolved. Anytime I call their Customer Support line I am on hold for lengthy times which far exceed their "wait time message" . I still have not been able to speak with anyone."

Scam alert! Can I say HUGE SCAM!!!

"I bought the trial offer and then they billed my card 20 days later for almost $200 and sent me 6 bottles without asking for it. I tried to call customer service and I was disconnected 3 times because I’m the prompt I said “cancellation”. When I called the 4th time, I said “sales” amd was commented immediately to someone.
Then, when I tried to cancel they try try more tactics than a time share presentation to get you to stay.
Horrible company!
And….what was funny. When on hold to cancel any other future billings, the recording says how they value customer service above anything else and Integrity is what the company is built on. LMAO…..
That was the biggest joke I’ve ever heard!
Don’t try this company! You will be sorry!
Oh amd the product did nothing!

The sad side of the internet.

"Purity basically swindled my elderly parents for about a year out of thousands of dollars. When I discovered this, I contacted them to ask them why they were doing this and how they got authorization, they just basically shrugged their shoulders and said "Sorry, they signed up for it".

I get that they can't check the mental status of every customer, but they know when they're talking to them on the phone what they're dealing with. This company has nothing but negative reviews, and I will also be contacting the State Attorney General as well as the BBB.

Horrible Customer Service

"I must express my frustration with this company. They do not allow you to cancel orders in your account online and require you to call in. I've sat on hold for lengthy waits even after I've spoken to a customer service rep. Then when I finally confirmed a cancellation, they continued to send more products. Very frustrating and a waste of my time!!!"

Terrible experience

"This Saturday I was listening to a program on radio and I heard this company is advertising on a product that is used by Japanese people. It helps you to get rid of your wrinkles inside out. Give you lots of energy. And it’s basically helps to slow down the aging process. They gave one time promotion. 1 bottle for free if we call now and we only need to pay for the shipping cost which is less than $7. I was so excited. I called right away . A guy asked for my full name any my credit card number . I said you don’t even ask my email ? My home address? How you are going to send the product to me ? He said I’m sorry but first I need to get your credit card number . First you need to pay . I gave my cc number and he hung up on me . I was so **** , felt so stupid . I’ve never done this before . Like I never gave my cc over the phone unless it’s to pay my bill to my doctor or a payment for my car . I called back again . Another guy answered. I told him what happened. He said if you want you can either call our customer service and it should be on Monday or I can place your order.
I trusted him I gave all my info and I asked if he is going to send me a confirmation email . He said yes . I asked him to stay with me on the phone until I receive an email from him . He sent me an email that basically it’s an advertisement.
I told him this is not what I paid for . This is just an ad page you sent to me .I need a confirmation email with my order number . And this guy hung up on me also .
That’s ridicules . It’s the worst experience.
These people are scammers.
I will update my review with the name of the radio program I was listening.
I will call my bank right now to stop the payment . I hope they help me .
I was fool enough to trust them .
Just read my review . They got my cc number . They charged me and so have no proof of purchase . If they remove my review, I will write it again .

"Purity products are excellent but customer service terrible -- they do try their best to try and keep a sale but I guess that's how they're trained, unfortunately. They need to reinvent the customer experience on the phone. They drag it out and then it feels like you're arguing and need to explain why you have to cancel. Ok, I'll tell you the truth I'm
cancelling because I already have lots of products on my shelf and now I'm out some money for the mortgage because dumb me forgot about the autoshipment that was over $117 -- is that what you want to hear?

First & Last Order

"It has been 12 days from the time I place my order for one single item. My order is still in NY and was told it would be another 7 to 10 day to arrive. Thank GOD I did not sign up for AUTO delivering. Not will I order again from Purity or listen to their BS on the radio on Sunday mornings. Purity you loss this customer."

AWAYS LATE ON AUTO SHIP

"had been with Purity since 2013
I use thIeir auto ship YET they have been late getting me my supplements 4 out of the past 6 months.
There excuse is they have ran out. That should never happen with a auto ship customer.
For 7 years I have taken the Purity Pack and was told 2 months ago it was discontinued , I found out today that was LIE lie.They changed me over to the super pill which I reported to them was very hard to swallow.
THIS COMPANY HAS PROBLEMS, I ADVISE EVERY ONE TO STOP USING PURITY PRODUCTS

Did not receive product

"Checked my bank account, charged $139.80 without ever receiving free sample. Called customer rep, they said it was received at my house 2/05 (I ordered on 1/30) I have drive way cameras with proof showing item was not there 2/05. They first tell me they will issue me half of refund when the full 2 bottles arrive on wed day. I told them I don’t want anything sent to me without having tried sample. $140 is a lot to gamble on for something I might not like. They said it left warehouse and is in NY still then offered me 25% refund. Do not see how they went from half 50% to 25% refund. However I clearly stated I want a FULL 100% refund and ZERO product. So they were going to apparently stop product from shipping to the house. Called again, since I only noticed a refund for $4.95 for the original free sample and a pending refund for $33.00. During the call, the rep just tried selling me on different products and talked in an extremely confusing manner so that you don’t fully understand what you are agreeing too. It’s black and white. i did not recover sample, therefore I need my refund of $139.80 and NO OTHER PRODUCT until I receive my sample and am able to try it. "

So Far, Just OK

"I tried using the B-12 + Probiotic melt, after hearing a radio program touting it's benefits.

After two months, I would honestly say that I have not yet experienced the glowing benefits that this product is advertised to provide. A recent percent off promotion rendered this product "out of stock" for a number of weeks so hopefully the popularity indicates that I will experience the advertised benefits of better digestion and increased energy. I'll continue to use the B-12 + Probiotic melt with the hope of improved satisfaction in the coming days.
