"The site was the only option officially recommended by Pure Encapsulations to buy their products. PureCapsDirect.com according to their web site accepts returns. When I emailed them about a return address they asked me about the reason of the return. After my answer they didn't reply for more than 24 hours. I wrote again telling that I am going to call credit card to roll back the transaction. The immediately answered telling they sent me a return label for the return. No label arrived since almost a week. They don't return my emails. There is no phone number posted on the website to contact them."
