"Purchased a LIFETIME subscription in Dec 2017.

Fast forward to Dec 2022 and I can no longer use the service. Some research turns up my account has EXPIRED.

Contacted support and was given nothing but constant runaround why my supposed LIFETIME sub was actually only 5y. PureVPN has absolutely NO desire or intention of remedying the situation.

So, please learn from my mistake: this vendor's subs are at their whim. They have ZERO intention of honoring the product sold."
