"Summary: good product - terrible customer service. Sent in my order and received a confirmation email shortly after; waited several days and never got tracking number. I inquired, turns out they canceled my order without any notice. I re-ordered, several days go by again, this time I finally get tracking number, it should be here in a few days (they ship UPS ground...grrr). DISPLEASED. "
