"This entire experience has been a nightmare. I ordered 2 items from them through ebay. They use the name fanteller. When I received a delivery confirmation and didn't receive anything I called ebay. The products arrived the next day via Amazon. They kept posting delivery confirmations showing receipt of 4 packages; I received 1. And then it got worse.
I discovered that they copy and paste Amazon descriptions onto their ebay store, purchase the items from Amazon, and sell them at a 25% markup. The markup was more than the entire cost of 1 item on Amazon. They refused to credit me the overcharge and told me to return the items. The shipping labels, requiring me to return 2 packages, and pay shipping charges on both, when they arrived together as 1 shipment, are addressed to Amazon's warehouse. They insist on making my life inconvenient, and forcing me to incur shipping costs, after they engaged in practices that violate both Amazon's and ebay's policies.
Currently, Amazon and ebay are conducting investigations and I will likely contact Paypal as well. Do yourself a favor and order directly through Amazon. Do not be fooled by their "top rated plus" status on ebay. The Amazon and ebay customer service representatives used words like illegal and scam, among others. That should tell you something."
"I recently purchased a sonic blade cordless knife for $145.00 to give as a gift.... gift was given 3 weeks after I received knife in mail..... I fully charged it like instructions said .... NOTHING... knife wouldn't take a charge ... I tried to contact company and all roads lead to a dead end... even the phone number was no longer in service... I would not ever order from this company again. it was an expensive lesson learned..

"BEWARE!!! This Seller also sells on EBay under the name zoomabc11. I purchased from them a Rightsell set of baby dishes. The set they sent not only was a completely different set (rabbit girl's set instead of frog boy's set) but the set that they sent me was very obviously full of flaws/crazing/bubbled glaze! I sent them TWO messages indicating all of this to them. There was absolutely NO response, so I proceeded with EBay's Resolution Center. After Ebay's intervention, they offered a refund. Because they had had so many negative feedbacks, when I posted my feedback, they had run out of "withdrawal options" and could not ask me to withdraw my comment. Instead they asked me to submit a "Followup Comment" and because they had refunded my cost, I agreed to write a comment indicating that they had done so. To top it off, this Seller then writes a followup to my final comment saying that I had never contacted them!! Totally unscrupulous vender!! Buyer BEWARE!!"
"I purchased from this company a "refurbished" EVGA NVIDIA nForce 630i Socket 775 mATX Motherboard. After installing the board, the computer still did not work, so the power supply, hard drive and processor were replaced. The computer sill had issues, so I tried another board and it worked fine. By the time it was determined that the board was bad, it was over 30 days, and my isuue was ignored. Don't bother to deal with this company. They sell defective products and have an extremely poor warranty."
