"Customer Service at Puppy Hideout lied to me during my order. I was having a problem finding a very big dog crate. I had an existing order with another vendor but the item was backordered with that vendor. I emailed Puppy Hideout Customer Service specifically asking them if they had the item in stock and if it would ship immediately. They responded saying the item was in stock and would ship in 1-3 days. I promptly cancelled my order from the other vendor and ordered from Puppy Hideout. I then received an email from Puppy Hideout saying the item was out of stock and on backorder. 48 hours later the Puppy Hideout website still indicates they have 49 of these items in stock. Not only is their website incorrect, they lie when you send email inquiries."
