"I will never buy from Pup Life again. They lie about condition of merchandise returned to them. I purchase 2 hydro dog toys for Christmas gifts. Never used them. They were never taken out of the box they ship them to me in. I returned them and they only gave me 1/2 credit. Claiming.

Unfortunately the items were scratched enough that a new customer would not find them to be in new, unused condition. Most stores will not allow dog toys to be returned in this condition but we are happy to give you a 50% credit.

Unless they mailed them to me scratched, they were were not scratched. This company is not honest. Later, I researched the dog bones and found other companies sell them for around $10.00. They sell them for $24.99. OVER PRICED AND DISHONEST COMPANY. RETURN POLICY ONLY BENEFITS THEM. TERRIBLE BUSINESS"
