"Just got my 3rd Puget System 2 or 3 weeks ago. The first two were reliable and fulfilled my needs well for a period of years. With Puget I am a partner in configuring the machine which I need to do high level photo & video work, as well as all the ordinary stuff such as word processing, e-mail. etc. I create a configuration on their Web site, then confer with a representative to evaluate the details. You are in dialog with one person who knows your configuration & needs, and answers your questions promptly. They are well informed and open, no hard sell, just good honest information. The Puget team tests components extensively, and also gets feedback from users in the field. That leads to good performance & reliability.
Communication is often poor in corporations these days, "buy our stuff & good luck sucker". Puget Systems is not like that, communication is as strong as the quality of their product."
