"So, I finally got my order. Even though my card was charged immediately for my order, it kept showing as "Not Finished" when I checked it on their site. That went on for 2 weeks. I got no response to any of the emails I sent, and could never get online help to help me, even when it was supposedly online. Finally got somebody on the phone after two weeks. I asked about the order, and they said it would go out immediately. But, I got no apology or anything, and the person at the other end of the phone was not in the least bit professional. I did receive my order a few days later, and am happy with the products. But, I find it ridiculous to have to try that hard to get in touch with somebody who supposedly wants my business, and who just hangs onto my money for 2 weeks before they even think to send what I paid for! "I ordered an item with 2 day delivery. after 4 days, it still hadn't come. I calld to find out way.
I called and they said it wasnt in stock. No apology, and no plans to let me know it wasnt going to ship, apparently.

i couldn't get in touch with anyone via phone, and noone replied to my emails. I left message after message , and finally contacted the owner of the store at his personal account.
2 months later, he replies that he PALPAL'ed me a refund. I DONT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, and i didnt pay via paypal, but no matter to him.
I still havent heard back from them and still haven't gotten my refund. LAter on, i read all the customer reviews at eBay and wouldve never purchased had i read how this happened to every other person who ordered from them also. "
"This is a difficult store to deal with. They list and ship hundreds of items on eBay, so one might expect a slight delay. However, I waited over 3 weeks for a SanDisk 4 GB Compact Flash card that was listed as "in stock" and "ships next day." It took several emails to get them top ship the item. although they had said, three different times, that the item had shipped out.
In the end, when the item showed up, it was a counterfeit product.
How do I know it was counterfeit? There are several ways to check. I suggest you simply search for "fake compact flash" or some similar phrase in the internet search engine of your choice; you are bound to get a list of the most current sites which will instruct you on what to look for in a counterfeit CF card. The item I received was undoubtedly a fake: the label was bubbling up, there was no serial number imprinted on the side, the packaging was not sealed, the part number on the packaging was wrong, the owners manual was not the correct one. There are many easily overlooked things which make it a fake.
That being said, it does work, it does have the right amount of capacity, and it was a very cheap price--probably too cheap!
I haven't done any testing to verify write speed or data corruption, etc. Some people on some websites have done that, and have reported slower than advertised write speeds. SanDisk says that a common problem with fake CF cards is also earlier than expected failure. I haven't experienced that yet.
Bottom Line: be wary when buying anything from these guys."
