“Your sample card was sent to the address in your account for the order in question and your copy was rejected for delivery from the USPS. Our customer support team reached out to you and discussed that with you and you asked us to override the warning from the post office which we did and resent your copy which was also rejected. We asked for an alternate address to mail to but did not receive that option and we fully refunded your order. Unfortunately, we can not control the post office rejecting delivery for an address and your original total order was printed and mailed to the mailing list attached to the order.
We certainly want you and all of our customers to be 100% happy with our services which is why after sharing the USPS tracking with you and the reason why your copy of the order was not received when we realized you were unhappy with our response we issued you a total refund for your order as our only recourse. ”
