"I ordered a voice recording device from proof pronto that worked great for a few months but had what seemed to be a hardware issue that seized any functionality. I contacted ProofPronto customer service and they got back to me quick. After troubleshooting and realizing is must have been a hardware issue I sent it in and they replaced it.
The process was smooth and very helpful. I highly recommend them and I appreciate them for their assistance and products!"
"I bought a voice activated listening device from this site and it works just better than expected. Very clear to hear even from far away. After having my new device for a week or so I somehow lost my charging adapter that came with it. I searched everywhere for it and couldn't find it. I sent them a text asking if they sell it separately. They don't, but they said they would see if they had a spare.
They have one and are sending it to me at no charge.

I looked at other web sites and found them to have the same thing but more expensive so when i looked at this company it was cheaper plus a buy two special which when i thought about it made sense to just get 2. Now this is where the problem started i did not want it delivered to my house so i thought i had sent it to the UPS store not to far from me but i gave them the wrong address wow big mistake on me but i quickly got in touch with them maybe with minutes to spare before being ship out they were able to change it in time. Now i had wanted the 2 day shipping which because of the wrong address i have to wait another day ,but its ok because i would rather wait the additional day and it comes to me than it goes to the wrong place and i never get my items.Thank You ALL so much .I will be updating my review once it comes after i see that it gets the job done.
