Charger cord got very hot and also caused my computer to emit a buzz when plugged in. It broke after 4 months. I'm not completely convinced it was an authentic Apple charger. "

Customer service - "sorry, it was on backorder, but have shipped this morning, we've upgraded shipping for you". In a few days I check - still not shipped. Customer service - it will be shipped this afternoon, upgraded shipping. Finally, arrived a week later, no upgraded shipping. Product is fine, but I needed the charger quick so my daughter could use computer for homework. Received two weeks after order, after the end of school year.
Will not order again, do not recommend."
