I purchased two fleece sweaters which when delivered turned out to be made of very thin/flimsy material and the sizing was larger than normal. When I requested an exchange/refund I was told that they could not help me and that the best they could do for me was to take 6% off my next order. And it took almost a week and several emails just to get this final response. If you're used to dealing with reputable online merchants like LL Bean or Zappos then you'll be disappointed with this retailer. AVOID!"
