"This site is a rip off. First off they are in china, (hong kong). They have a couple different merchant names as they have charged my credit card with 2 different business id's. When you purchase from them they quote you a working time of 10-14 working days, by thier website, they are a monday through friday operation, so that time is 2-3 weeks. At the end of the 3rd week I emailed thier support to check on the status of the order. They informed me that they haven't even started on the dress. I told them at that point to cancel the order, there was little less then 3 weeks before my daughters prom, and with them still having to make and ship the dress, and give her a chance to try it on and have it adjusted if needed we wouldn't have the time. They did not acknowledge the cancellation and they shipped the dress, it arrived after her prom. I know these companies often change names so this review might not help, but I am hoping to save someone else from these scammers."
