"I placed an order with this company and was very disappointed with the service. They called me the following day to confirm the order and was advised they had called my home phone and I proceeded to inform them we do not have a landline. After they hang up with me they called that number again and proceeded to cancel the order without even notifying us. We waited a whole week and had it not been because I logged in to make a payment on my cc we would have never known. After I called in I was informed their fraud department had cancelled their order because we have a billing address in a different state than the shipping address, that our email address did not match the name on the credit card and that they do not have to call back to inform you that an order has been cancelled.
I was then told that if I wanted to order the projector again then I would have to have it shipped to my address. What is the point to pay for them to ship it to me and then I have to pay again to ship it to our friend?
Before we chose to work with this company we read all the great reviews and was highly disappointed with the service we received.
I will stay away from this company when we make our next purchase and will make sure to tell all of our friends."
