"I ordered a ($2200) projector late Wednesday night for next day delivery and noted in comment section of the order that if they where unavailable to ship thursday so that I would have it friday I would want it regular Ground (and cheaper) instead, and to let me know.
I didnt hear anything all thursday, friday Morning a rep called and apologized that the vendor had the previous day told her they had it and would ship it, when she called for tracking number they hadn't, so she was pushing the manufacturer to find one and was wondering if I would accept getting saturday delivery, and she would not charge me for shipping ($65).. So that was pretty good, when ordering Next-Day shipment I am not always expecting companies to do it right away (like Buy.Com and Newegg and such are crapy slow at sending stuff out), these guys where very good at informing me as soon as they knew it didnt go as planned, a good place!"
