"Excellent vendor. They publish a very nice catalog about once every 2 months, and have as well a nicely designed web site. They carry an excellent selection of top quality kitchen knives and other cutlery, as well as the best selection of high end cookware that I have seen. I have ordered from them 3 times now, and have always received top notch service and delivery. On one order a couple of years ago, a Demeyere stainless steel bowl arrived slightly warped on the bottom.When I called to get it replaced, the customer service rep was great - apologized for the inconvieniece - and quickly mailed me a paid postage label to return the defective unit. It was promptly replaced! I have used them repeatedly, and will continue to do so! I recommend them highly to friends!"
