"Order a very expensive meter from website and never got an email. So I asked if it had been shipped yet and they canceled my order and told me "We assume because of your impatience you wouldn’t be able to wait"
And then canceled my order without any emails in between. Buyers beware.. And f### Tracy W in customer service.

"I have ordered from this site at least a dozen times over the past 10-15 years and never had a problem. Currently I am getting my home remodeled and my contractor was short on a cable he was using for my home automation set up. I got online and ProBroadcastSupply.com was able to get it for me and I saved about 50% over what my contractor was going to charge me, so I was happy about that! I always check with them before ordering on Amazon ..most times they have the same item for less.

"I run A/V installation company and have been buying from them since about 2010. They normally have lower prices or they don't charge me tax so it come out less.
I have had to wait a week sometimes for certain items to ship but I found that most sites that sell the item I might need take just as long. I always email them to ask about stock or shipping times and they get back to me right away. I'm willing to wait if it saves me money and doesn't affect my job that I am needing it for .

In July I ordered a Video Monitor and some cable that I found priced less than everyone else They notified me that it would take a few days to ship but not a big deal since I saved some cash. Got an email when item shipped and received it in 2 days. Thanks again!"
"Ordered several modulators. Guy complained about the credit cards had fraud alerts. I called the credit card companies and no such alerts were issued. Did some research on this Guy and his address is a house. and he has some phony answering service on his phone number that BTW is not listed on his web site (found using google search and maps). He finally cancelled the orders but did not refund the credit cards. We currently have disputes open. Thank god for the credit card companies!"
