"I've been a long time customer of Producerloops. I rarely ever experienced a problem with their website but I did one time. Unlike other large businesses, they did not value my many years of patronage and refused to set things right. Needless to say, after having spent upward of $1000 on loops over the years, they didn't have the courtesy to make a refund for a below par sample set (the audio samples were misleading and not representative of the quality).
