"Terrible.

Ordered the item at 6:30pm PDT on June30th. The item was set to ship within 72 hours. Waited:
July 1, July 2nd, July 3rd and did not have the status change from pending. The charge did go through to my credit card immediately so the item should have shipped. Called the company on the 3rd of July and the customer service number goes right to voicemail (does not even ring) and the number on the visa statement doesnt connect at all.

Company will not reply to email regarding this item. Emailed all of the links i could find, no replies.

Finally filed fraud with my bank and told merchant they have until the 16th to ship the item, no reply and item not shipped.

Since my order 2 more of same item have been sold.

Now, companies mailbox is full so i cant even leave a message.

Will be making a quick webpage on this merchant to warn others TO STAY AWAY."
