"We ordered teh product in 2009. After using it for two years each update made the system slower and slower. Tech support was non existant so we asked for a prorated refund from the parent company which Proactive Solutions is a reseller. The parent company cut a check to Untangle appliances (Proactive Solutions) to pay us back. He took the money and never cut us a check. After MONTHS of contact and no response we filed against the BBB in his state. After several attempts from them to contact him he never did. Please do not use this company for any purchases. Cannot be trusted. Very unprofessional."
