"Got my laptop from these guys 8 years ago and its still kicking. I gotta pop it open every 2 months to clean it, so its a bit like buying a car and just the fact that it didn't burn itself out like my last laptop makes it worth every penny i put into it. For as long as I've had my current laptop I've been gaming, browsing the net and chatting with people I know via text or VC. I've had to do my own general maintenance which is fine, better that i know the ins and outs my own computer. Plus I don't have to take my laptop to a designated repair shop like with that apple crap. I'm just checking in b/c I'm a little concerned for my current laptop's cooling fans been making noises and I've been having to clean it more frequently and oil it with some wd40. Still tho, Pro-star laptops are a solid choice when your looking for long lasting quality."

"Got a brand new high end laptop from them and it overheated and melted motherboard/video card shortly after 1 year(warranty runs out).
Dealing with their 1 person customer support team has been a nightmare, broken english and 1 word replies are standard.
The laptop is built so that the 3 computer repair shops I visited said that they couldn't replace the part so it was required to send it to Prostar themselves. Incredibly inconvenient and if they were out of business(or out of country like my case) I would be totally screwed trying to fix my laptop.
I am currently owed over 200usd for an overnight shipping charge refund as they completely ignored my urgent request and shipped it normal ground shipping, despite pocketing the 240~ next day air shipping charge on my laptop
I have had to ask 3 times now for this refund and still don't have it, despite being told it was no problem.
I would recommend purchasing high end computers from just about anyone else but these guys. I will go back to MSI where I never had any problems"
"I bought my ProStar about 4 years ago and am very pleased with the graphic design and video editing I was able to do with this system.
Now my needs are for more power in the CPU and GPU, so I'm upgrading and future-proofing.
Anyone considering a good graphic design computer that's scaleable to your current abilities and future needs, this is a good company.

"I love Prostar. I bought my computer back in 2016, and immediately when it came they called to ask if the item was okay upon arrival. During my 3 years of usage, the hard drive broke (by me accidentally). It was under warranty and the customer service was extremely helpful with diagnosis process and the RMA process, not to mention that they were courteous as hell. I never hesitate to contact them if I had any questions (not that I had much). The laptop is still going strong and if they ever stock the AMD CPU machines in the future when it comes out, I'd buy through Prostar again."
"I purchased the Clevo P950EF through Prostar on Amazon. Unfortunately, Amazon had some issues with the debit card I used and was taking a long time to push everything through. I called Prostar directly, who were very kind and helpful on the phone. They explained why Amazon was taking their time, and that they could do nothing to help the issue - but in the meantime they would prepare the laptop so that once Amazon cleared everything, they would ship out the laptop immediately.
That's what they did, and I must say they were excellent all the way. Excellent enough that I encouraged my brother to purchase a similarly spec'ed P960EF, which he absolutely loves.
