"Ordered some screwdrivers beginning of November that they had listed as in stock. didn't see them for weeks and sent an email to the company requesting cancellation if i can't get by Christmas. Rec'd an email on 12/14 stating:
We have received an update from our supplier (Snap-on/Williams) that your order is in process and cannot be cancelled. Your order should ship on or before 12/18/23.
Well days before Christmas and nothing, no tools, no communication. i email again and no response. on 12/27 i email again and am finally given a refund but no apology. crappy business don't buy from them."
"I placed my order on April 26, 2016. Requested 3 day Shipment. Apparently they moved over to a new ordering system, so my order was stuck in the system. Was given a credit for shipping. 5.5.16 I was told my order was released and I should receive it by 10:00 AM. Problem was it was sent to the billing address vs. the ship to address. A new order was sent out next day delivery. Arrived at work on 5.9.16 NO PACKAGE. Found out they shipped the package 3 day shipment, scheduled to arrive 5.10.16. Here it is 5.9.16 and I still have not received my package. 3 day shipment my ****."
