"So I was looking for a Dwayne Wade autographed sports memorabilia of some sort, and sportsmemorabilia.com came up with a pretty professional looking website, lots to choose from the whole deal. I needed an item in less than a week so I picked out the following item and selected rush delivery: Autographed Dwyane Wade and Shaquille O'Neal Photo - Pat Riley Dual Framed 8x10.

Notice the word autographed in the title of the item. Surprisingly, when I received the item there was no autograph, how embarrassing, no gift for the birthday dinner! I left a message on the company help line which promised a 24 or 48 hour response, but it was 3 days before I heard anything, this after I emailed them the same night. The phone representative I spoke with merely told me they were sorry and if I didn't want to keep it I could return it, wow I was so grateful. When asked why I couldn't have an autographed item like the title said he simply said I should have known by the price ($121) that the item wasn't autographed. Needless to say, I was infuriated, as I don't acclaim to be a sports memorabilia collector and couldn't care less what the price said, it was in the title!

I also didn't get the refund until writing 2 angry emails after I had returned the item and noticed no refund. Then they tried to refund me without shipping costs!

All in all, this was one of the worst online ordering experiences of my life, and I buy most gifts and items I need online. I definitely would recommend avoiding this store.
