"Ordered a camera from this company from their website, recieved an email confirmation of order immediately. However days later when I realized that my camera was not arriving I checked back at the website. It said "order cancelled". They never notified me of the order being cancelled. All attempts to contact customer service via email and phone failed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!"

"I placed an order on November 7th, 2011 and still have not received the item. My credit card was charged immediately and the item has yet to be received. I contacted the company via their email address weekly and the issue still has not been resolved. One reply back was that they will check into this. 6 weeks later (and several emails to them in between) I received an email saying the item shipped along with a tracking number. The tracking number led me to a shipment send to IL. The shipment was supposed to go to MT. I emailed the company back stating that the information was incorrect. 3 weeks later I was copied in error on an internal email they had sent to their warehouse asking how to fix this. I sent a reply email thanking them for working on this, asking for a discount and stating that I wanted to speak with the highest member of management. I have yet to receive a response. I will never do business with this company again. "

"Terrible customer service. After I ordered what I needed, I called them and asked for faster shipping. I gave them the date I needed it by and they told me that if I pay $35 for next day air shipment, I will receive it by that date. I paid the extra $35 which they charged immediately. I called them the day before it was supposed to arrive, they said there was no problem, they just needed to get the tracking info from the warehouse and email it to me. I was relieved to hear that. However, I did NOT receive it the next day and later found out that it was never even shipped. Without an apology, I got a notification email saying my order is scheduled to ship out in one week. WHY DID I PAY EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES NOW? I would never buy from this company or their parent company again. Terrible customer service. No one seems to care enough to do things right. There seems to be a communication problem b/w their customer service and warehouse. This is coming from a person who has never given bad reviews. Trust me you do NOT want to buy from them if you want something by certain date. I'm sure if you have 2~3 weeks to wait for what you buy, they will eventually ship it out.... who knows."

"This company has excellent selections, and exactly zero customer service. They don't have a phone number on their web site, even their "phone sales" link sends you to email. If you do manage to find their customer lack-of-support number (1-***-***-****) all they do is give you an email address.

I suspect if you order something and they send it out on time, it's a good place to do business with. But if there are any issues at all, prepare to be enraged. It is now 3 days after my last expected delivery date, and no one has even responded to my emails. Also, they charge your credit card when you place the order, not when they ship it. I consider that to be shady dealing. I will certainly never do business with them again. I give them the absolute minimum number of stars available.

Update: 6 days later of "that will ship tomorrow" emails and nothing has happened. If I could find the items elsewhere I would cancel in a second. Worst company ever.
