"Not at all happy with my first interaction with them (online). I made an order on December 7th. Their policy is 1-4 days processing time. I emailed on the 4th day to check on the status of the order. I was told they were back logged due to Black Friday. Although this is understandable it is not at all a concern to me. I have ordered from other etailers around the same time and my order was dealt with swiftly and shipped. It seems that they really need to change something with how the orders get processed or email their customers to let them know of the back log. Not doing so leaves a very bad impression."
