"You sell me a “ kit” to convert my low beam headlights from halogen to HID for my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado LS pick up. So I get the light kit first, which was sent separately, which I thought seemed strange, I then receive, several days later, after market head light assembles for halogen light bulbs not HID light bulbs. l know this because the assembles were exactly the same assembles that were already installed in the truck. Unknowingly, I thought they would work or you wouldn’t have sent them ?, so like a dumb **** I go ahead and install the whole system.
So you knowingly sell me halogen assembles to use with your HID bulbs which is not a correct or safe thing to do. And the glare the assembles cast into on coming traffic is not safe!
So , I have to rip out the HID lights and buy and install new halogen bulbs in the assembles you sent, and I’m out the money I spent on the harness and HID bulbs and the time I spent on all this.
And no, I’m not going to waste any more of my time shipping the harness and bulbs back.
I deserve all my money back!

We provided two separate tracking links to indicate which shipments and items are delivering. One is entitled HID_KIT_9006_6000K which is the color and bulb size of your kit for your headlights. The other is the item headlight's SKU #. These are reflector headlights paired up with a HID Kit. It's the only way to make it brighter. The misconception about blinding people is that the bulbs are 'too bright.' More-so it would be because your adjustments of your headlights are bad and aiming up too high. That's the foremost issue is that majority of people think it's fine to adjust their headlights way up high so they can see further down the road thus causing a 'high beam' effect. There are no issues with running the HID kits as we have sold thousands of these setups for Silverados. Installation is key to lighting success. We hope you have used the HID kit and adjusted your headlights properly. We have not received any other prior contact to this review to assist the customer nor contact other than an initial phone call on where to 'deliver' the package.”
