"This little scale WAS working a good 3.2yrs/5yrs of the warranty, then 3hrs after using it; nothing, blank screen. Tinkered around with it, exchanging 2 diff sets of working batts, still nothing...

I sent the 1st of 4 additional emails on 2-9-11, some 19 days ago! All I have received is automated responses... This "business" is a shill, it's nothing but some kind of remotely run by proxy scam. While I have had good success with the product, the money I spent ALSO paid for the 5yrs warranty they tout.

ProScale does NOT stand behind their products based on my experience.
