"Ordered a terrarium from Walmart. It was shipped via the post office. Was poorly packaged and arrived broken. Contacted Promax via email. They responded in 15 minutes. Asked me to send a picture of the product and the packaging. In 30 minutes I had a reply. Told me it was necessary to return the damaged item. The new item arrived in 4 days via UPS. It was packaged much better and in great condition. I couldn’t ask for better service or customer support. The rep was super friendly and very cooperative. "
"I bought a bag or orchid mix from Walmart. Later when I got the confirmation from Walmart, they were listed as shipping from ProMax Commerce and added a shipping charge of 35.27. I was told it would arrive between the 26th and 28th of October, so I tried to cancel and was told by walmart that I could not because it was processed. This is over an 8 qt bag of bark. I purchased three bags at King Soopers for less that the one bag cost, and now these highly unreasonable added shipping charges when walmart showed free shipping. "
"I purchased jubilee kitchen wax on Walmart's website. They used UPS to ship it came to me in a different box than the original container as UPS had run over the box stuffed it in the bag and put it in another box. When I asked for a refund they never told me I would need photos a week after the fact I was informed and by then it was gone in the trash. Now they only want to offer me 20% back $2.08 because I can't send a photo don't deal with these people bad juju."
"I purchased Scotts shop towels advertised with photos as a package of 6 rolls. It also came up on my search for a package of 6. The price was $15, this product is normally about $2 a roll. But stock was low so I purchased. I received 2 rolls instead of 6. I've tried to resolve this price gouging issue with the company but they have now stopped responding to my emails."

"I received a 6-V Lantern Battery from Promax Commerce. As I took the plastic wrapping off the top of the battery came off. I could not find a Lantern Battery for over five years within my city. It was not being sold in the stores anymore. The Lantern flashlight belong to my mom, so I was not throwing it away. Plus this is a good flashlight. What I did with the battery was push the top down and put it in the flashlight without touching the top. It worked! I was so excited. Hurricane season is upon us. Mainly, what I liked about this company was on the statement it said. "If this order arrived damaged, please make sure you contact us within 5 days of receipt. You are able to request a return authorization for this order up to 30 days from your initial order date. The rating I gave was based on the the battery coming off. But I will order from them again. The type of battery I got was a name you see on car batteries. "

I accidentally ordered a wrong item and immediately contacted ProMax through email to see if they could cancel my order (and then I ordered the correct item). "I ordered item K&S Metals 9315 (4-pk 3/8"x36"x0.035 aluminum round tube). I received an opened package with only (1) aluminum tube and it was bent. ProMax shipped the item the cheapest, slowest, roughest, way possible. FedEx ground from NH to CA. The item was packaged in a really flimsy box. ProMax is on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart sites. On eBay ProMax has 250K+ transactions and eBay even states you probably won't get a response if you try to contact this seller.
