"I have owned their product for my F150 for some time and I preferred their product over the "suction cup" holders on the market. I went online to purchase their holder for our 2012 Kia Forte Koop. While they have a sizing option on the site, it turns out its inaccurate. I asked to confirm the fit as the model is different, the response was yes, this will fit a 2012 Forte. Well, it does not fit a 2012 Forte Koop and I have confirmed that the Koop has a smaller front window pillar than 4 door model. They did provide an RMA with a warning that any opened package will be hit with a re-stocking fee. Well, how was I going to confirm that it didn't fit without removing it from the package. THEY mislead me, told me a part would fit when it clearly did not fit. If I were to use the product with the window open, I would have lost my phone and the holder. I asked for a product swap and they are unable to do this..So they actually expect me to return the item, take a hit on a restocking fee AND THEN buy a replacement. Sorry, very poor detail on product fit on your site. Poor response when I asked to confirm the fit. Then you basically tell me I will be paying a restock fee to return a product you told me was a, and I quote, "Direct Fit". NOPE, awful product support, awful product fit accuracy and worse customer service for an overpriced product. I will go elsewhere, and I will share my experience. "
