"This business sold us a motorcycle they knew had a problem with the clutch, we have service records from the time they received it until it went on the showroom floor to prove it. After paying them to have them fix the clutch problems we were experiencing the problems are still there. They refuse to fix the issue without us paying more and will not take responsiblity. Don't waste your money at Pro Caliber Motorsports in Vancouver unless you like being taken advantage of."
"Absolutley the worst customer service I've encountered anywhere. Ordered a few big pricey items from them and they got to me fine, Ordered about a dozen more things for my bike in the second order and the majority came. Missing some small crucial parts for my machine, and they advertised a full K&N intake on their site but I received only an air filter, completely wrong size non the less. No biggie mix ups happen so I emailed them and was talking to CHRIS ROSEN he assured me that everything would be taken care of. I let him know I was making another order soon and so he doesn't have to loose out on shipping costs he can just toss what was missing in the box. Placed the new order and let him know I did. I have not received a single response after that. And wouldn't you know it.... The new order I placed was missing items as well. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!"

"I love the prices on ProCaliber.com for their OEM motorcycle parts. They are much cheaper than buying directly from the dealer. My main complaint with them is the speed of their shipping. I have ordered twice from them and both times it took 10 days to receive my items. It took them 4 days just to ship them out. I have ordered many things online and this company is the slowest yet."
