"I ordered a Dell CX305N-00 Power supply from this company. When I received it the power supply wouldn't provide enough power to boot the system. I RMA'd it and received another one next day. Same issue. No power to the board. I got a power supply from a different vendor which worked perfectly. Now after returning both power supplies to Priority Computer Parts they refuse to give me a refund, stating that the supplies I returned didn't match what was sent out.

Do yourself a favor and don't EVER do business with these scam artists.

"This store is completely fraudulent. I ordered an HP 325528-001 Plastics Kit. The HP website clearly shows a picture of about 9 different items including metal hinges which comprise this kit. Tootsie took my order and sent the items promptly. When they arrived, about half the items were missing, including the hinges, the item I actually needed. What followed was worthy of highway robbers. No answer to emails, purposefuly disconnected phone calls, the works. My credit card was charged 2 days AFTER I had requested an RMA due to an incomplete order. Will contact BBB and credit card issuer. This company should not be allowed to continue doing business."

"Ordered a laptop motherboard - board was listed as new. The board had dust and hair in the usb ports, and wouldn't post. I'm pretty sure it was used. I returned the board immediately and the rma was refused because there was thermal paste on the video chip?!? They won't call you back after the sale and when I finally reached someone, a very quick/rude man said,"I'm just trying to run a business, if I gave that much attention to every rma I'd be doing rmas all the time."

It's frustrating to deal with people who won't return a call. It's worse when you finally do talk to them and they don't even know what thermal paste is for. They might reconsider removing "Priority" and "Computer" from the name. . from my experience it was just parts.

"I found this website via google. I could only find used and refurbished MB's for my laptop repair adn it was costing $300 and up. I got this board new in a hp box for $145 plus shipping. Great communications great price superb customer service. I look forward to doing more business in the near future. A+++. "

"Ordered 3 items that showed over 200 in stock. Received confirmation the next day, but order was canceled the next day without explanation. Looks like either a drop-shipping company or a bait & switch business. Don't risk your money. Hopefully I'll get my money refunded. "

"Ordered a fan from the site on 10/9/08 7:48PM. I didn't know my package was sent till 10/17 when I called them. Found out my shipment was sent on the 14th. Other than me not getting an email saying my item is on the way it was sent UPS, when I know I had FEDEX selected. So if I'm lucky I will have this fan tomorrow (10/21) over a week and a half later.

The only thing I found good about this store is the phone support.

"I ordered 2 of an item from them. The website said it was in stock (listed how many left). The order was canceled because of a "site error" with no email from them. My credit card was charged. I hope it will be refunded in a timely manner.

"A NIGHTMARE! Not only was this company impossible to contact once they gave me an incorrect tracking number, with an incorrect reply-to address, but once I finally received my monitor, it was poorly packaged, had broken pieces on the bottom, and the image was so blurry it was unreadable (tested on multiple PCs on several resolutions). I could only get my money back, but hopefully you can avoid them altogether."

"I was a bit wary ordering from this site, having read some of the previous reviews - so I called them, and told them so. It turns out that they are coming off a very bad period, and are trying as hard as possible to satisfy their customers and generate good word-of-mouth. I ordered on 1/31/08 - standard FedEx GROUND - and my order was delivered the following day, 2/1/08. As advertised. In perfect condition. Furthermore, they were the _ONLY_ retailer who even had the product I wanted (a BFG nVidia 7800 GS OC card); no other retailer/reseller from PriceWatch, PriceGrabber, Shopzilla, ShopMSN, or Google had it in stock _at all_. My conclusion after looking at their stock: they will frequently be the only source for some very hard to find parts, and they are genuine in their concern for their reputation among consumers. Try them - I did, and I am Very Satisfied."

"Do not order anything from this company, ever. I bought a ThinkPad T40 keyboard online from Priority Computer Parts, and after a long delay, the wrong keyboard arrived. Someone had taken a similar but incompatible keyboard, placed a part number sticker over the original one, and sent it to me. After discovering this, I used the company's Web form to contact them about exchanging the part for the correct one. No response, other than a "thank you for your note" autoresponse. I called the company and was told that I would have to leave a message for the person in charge of returns. I did that, and no one got back to me. I emailed the company and no response was forthcoming.

These people are either grossly incompetent or outright malicious in the way they handle other people's money, time, and merchandise. I'm in the process of disputing the charge right now to get my money back.

Once again: STAY AWAY from Priority Computer Parts!

"They exceeded my expectation in every way.
I ordered a pc power supply from them and, due to my error, the order did not go through. The next day, I hadn't received a confirmation e-mail, so I reordered the item. They personally called me, and shipped the item to me overnight FEDEX, at the 2nd day UPS rate (which is what I paid for), to get me the part on Fiday instead of the following Monday. Great service, and the correct part arrived, professionally packed, in time to get my business back up and running. They also bought back my bad power supply to re-manufacture, keeping it out of Hawaii's landfill. They ROCK!

"Order placed 8/31 to qualify for $300 Lenovo rebate. Three days later, they said they couldn't assure me that they would be able to fill the order, but would get back to me in a day. No call, so I called them twice in the next three days.

On 9/11, I discovered that they had already billed my card on 9/1, before they had even ordered the product from their "middleman" but they still were unable to commit to fulfilling the order. They unilaterally canceled the order, without asking me and I have filed a DISPUTE of their premature & fraudulent charge.

They claimed they were buying from resellers who might have already claimed the rebate, although that was expressly PROHIBITED according to the terms of the CONSUMER rebate. In other words, the price they advertised (without any mention of the rebate) was evidently AFTER REBATE, not before.

Smells of FRAUD from start to finish!!!
