"I had the same problem. Ordered a print back in August. They took the money for the print from my card. Then a few days later tried to help themselves to another $800 from my card, which my bank blocked. Obviously the print never turned up, despite them saying it had been shipped. I can't contact them for a refund as 1) they don't reply to either emails or voicemails and 2) if I gave them my new card number (I had to cancel the old card on the strong advice of my bank) I'd be too worried they would try to take more money."

It's been already 2 1/2 weeks (even though I paid for expedited delivery) and I'm still waiting to hear from the company. Order status says shipped, but doesn't give a tracking number. "This business is a SCAM!!!! They charged my credit card IMMEDIATELY but never sent the item or gave me a tracking number. After a month (they claim shipping is a max of 5 business days) and several emails to their "customer service," still no resolution. Already filed with the Better Business Bureau, now I have to take it up with my credit card company. AVOID!!!!"
"Much like the other reveiews. I placed an order and it took over a month to receive my prints. This was after I filed a claim with my credit card company. When the items finally shows up I was missing one of the prints. I emailed about the missing print and have not received any feedback. I dont think this is a legit business. Do not do business with them. "

Contacted company several times and they did eventually send "replacement" shipment - although I'm beginning to doubt original shipment was really ever sent... I'll never know for sure. Anyway, I finally received the items 4 full weeks after I placed the order and my credit card was charged."
"This company is TERRIBLE. I ordered a poster for my father on Father's Day that was to be delivered within 5 days. Also, the website stated that I would receive a tracking number. I never received tracking information and the poster was never delivered. There is no customer service phone number and only an email address. I have yet to get this issue resolved and I'm disappointed that my father did not receive his gift - and still hasn't!"
