"Customer service is a little slow in initially responding to emails; however, I attribute that to the overwhelming success of their product line. They are absolutely swamped with orders, which is a good thing. The customer service department did reply to the email within a couple of days and resolved my issue very promptly.
For a new company they are growing quickly and I wish them well."
