"We ordered Christmas Cards on Novermber 25th 2022. I paid for quick printing (4-7 days). I emailed Printer Studios when I had not received them by date promised. They said delay in getting white envelopes. I replied send immediately without white envelopes. I received Christmas cards one week late with white envelopes enclosed. The quality of lenticular cards was just okay. I would not recommend this printer."

"I was looking everywhere for a good trading card printing store. But the ones i found had really difficult interfaces to navigate. Printers studio had the best and easiest one to work with.
Cheap to produce one deck, but a very high delivery price as ia expected from a far iverseas printing house though.
It seems a lot of people have xomplained about the support, but they reaxhed out to me very fast (1 - 2 days) when i had questions or some last minute changes. Most of the negative reviews regardinh the support being poor are mostly a year or so ago, so perhaps theyve improved significantly.
The quality of the prints turned out absolutely incredible and the colors couldnt be better. I'll certainly be working with them again."
"I should have known something was wrong when the templates they give to design stuff to be printed on cards didn't match the upload requirements on their website. No reply when I contacted them about this. I checked again some time later and the issue had been solved. While ordering I saw that the discount codes they advertised didn't work as they said they would, and P&P was ridiculously expensive. Still, I went ahead and ordered some custom cards anyway.
An inexplicable 3 weeks later they arrived, and I was happy with the cards. However, they very quickly deteriorated: edges frayed, ink flaked off, inner layers showed through. This was despite going for the premium quality option. I contacted them again about this, still no reply.
In short: more expensive than advertised, for bad quality and poor customer service. Will not use again. This was from their .de website, but they all look identical.
EDIT:
A month after my last contact with them, PrinterStudio.de did get in touch with them, agreed that the product I received was substandard, and sent me another copy of it free of charge. I asked if I could modify the replacement cards slightly from the first order, but they said that was impossible for bureaucratic reasons. This lack of flexibility, like the slowness of their Customer Service, is a shame, but kudos to them for holding up the quality of their products."

I ordered something on the french website, and I got my first reply in Spanish. Like wtf ?
Of course it's impossible to join them by phone, just a ticket system which doesn't even seem to be centralized. Don't ever think about creating two tickets, because they will be handled by different people that don't even communicate with each other.
In addition to that, if you want to print a fan mod for a boardgame (such as RAIV cards for Imperial Assault), don't lose your time with them. They will refuse to do it, but not directly, no, they will wait THE DAY of the supposed delivery reception to inform you that they won't work on your order.
The only + I can mention, is that my order finally got refunded after two MONTHS of back'n forth with them.
Avoid Printerstudio at all cost, seriously, there are better online printing services out there."

l'adresse en .fr vous fait croire que c'est français ais en fait ça vient de hon g kong...ou pas .. car je n'ai toujours rien reçu alors que c'est censé etre arrivé en france au bout de 3 semaines.
pas de contact hors mail...et au bout de 6 mails zero réponse ..
bref , a l'heure qu'il est 50 € de perdu et un cadeau a refaire :-(

the .fr address makes you believe it's French but in fact it comes from hong kong... or not .. because I still haven't received anything even though it's supposed to have arrived in France at the end of 3 weeks.
no contact outside email ... and after 6 emails zero response ..
in short, at the time it is 50 € lost and a gift to redo :-("

"The only bad part is I ordered during Xmas and usps took 2 weeks. That’s not their fault tho.. I compared them to bicycle and maverick cards.. the slickness is the same.. Printer’s card may be a tad bit bigger and I’m talking a 1000th of a inch. You won’t notice and they will fit in any deck so I enjoy the size. The image is Good very good.. no it’s not 4k..lol but yu won’t be upset nor disappointed. Heck of a job….I actually took a picture of a picture w/my iPhone 12 and it turned out marvelous! I reached out about usps being late. And got a return email within 12 hours! Customer service…Awesome.. I will most definitely order from them again.. oh and it’s in South Carolina.. I love helping American companies! "
"Appalling customer service. I had a problem as my cards were not delivered. Dealing with their customer services representative was awful. I was repeatedly made to feel that it was entirely my fault and that I should be “more careful“. The manner in which they spoke with me was beyond belief. I am in my 50s and never generally complain about anything but this company have no idea how to act in a civil manner.

"I ordered custom coasters from PrinterStudio.ca. The coasters do not come with a waterproof finish, thereby a single use of a coaster with a cold drink will ruin whatever image you had it printed on. Further, images came out blurry and the safety lines were awful to find a picture that really fit. I am severely disappointed and would not recommend this company."
