"This is not a printer or copier company. They are a fraud operation. They apparently find discarded equipment, probably from an electronics recycler, and then advertise it and ship it out as "refurbished". I fell for this trap admittedly because I am stupid and didn't read the reviews first. I got a high end printer at $1700. It arrived completely broken and unworkable, and it was obvious it was not only not "refurbished" but dirty inside and clearly broken, such as missing wheels, and a message on the panel that internal parts were timed out and needed replacing. I actually inquired locally about getting it repaired and found that the cost to repair would have been more than a new printer. The business apparently makes their money by a combination of "restocking charges", ie, making you pay a percentage of the sale to get rid of the unworking unit, or just outright refusing any refund. It took me 4 months to recover my Visa charge but it finally cleared, and I plan to follow up with complaints to New Jersey goverment offices."

Terrible to deal with. First printer came not working, missing parts and leaking ink. I was told that it was shipped to me in error (You think?). They wouldn't process my replacement order until damaged printer arrived back to them. Finally process replacement printer order then after 2 weeks of promises and delays, they cancelled my order without even notifying me. I lost about six weeks of production printing because of them. Do not use. They are not reliable or honest."
"Their MO is to say they have a refurb item, then never ship anything while you wait. When you call them, they say "oh, that's on backorder, but we have a new one..." - in which they quoted a price nearly double MSRP. Thanks for wasting my time."

Heard nothing. Opened a help ticket a week later.
Opened another help ticket a week after the first.
18 days later I receive an e-mail that the machine is out of stock.
Looks like a bait and switch when you call and agree to an upsell the machine becomes out of stock. "

"I purchased a refurbished printer from them. It was broken when we pulled it out of the box. We contacted customer service for a return shipping label, and to have it replaced. They wanted pictures, so we sent a few. Then they wanted more pictures and for us to power it on and take pictures of the screen. Unfortunately the unit wouldn't power on to take the picture. At this point I just want them to refund my card and send a call tag to pick the printer up. They are giving me such a run around. I would never order from the again. I will re-update "if" I get my refund. Don't bother with them."

"This company had a printer listed for sale on their website as in stock, ready to ship. I placed my order, gave our credit card info, and got my order confirmation email. A few days later I get a call from a rep at the company telling me that they don't actually have that printer in stock currently. He tries to sell me a "Class A" refurbished unit that he could "work with me on" for an additional $335. Or he could send me a printer at the price I paid that didn't have a drawer. I told him I wanted what I placed an order for which was a fully functional and intact refurbished unit at the price I paid. He said I would have to wait about 2 weeks before he would have more of those. I marked my calendar. At 5:30pm on the 13th day from our phone conversation I get an automated email from this company saying that my order had been cancelled. So I call and speak to the rep I talked to. He says "his computer is down but he'll look into and call me back". No call back. This company is waste of time. Shop anywhere else. "
