"I ordered a refurbished HP LaserJet 4M Plus from PrinterTechs.com back in 2004. The printer arrived in excellent condition, very professionally packaged. It has served me reliably for seven years now. On a couple occasions I ran into technical snags with the printer, such as a routing conflict in the connection between my desktop computer, the Internet and the printer. So I telephoned PrinterTechs -- and they gave me prompt and effective technical advice, free of charge. I appreciate their service in making "classic" HP laser printers available, using quality replacement rollers. These classic LaserJets are built durably and provide excellent black-and-white copy quality -- an excellent solution if you need basic text printing, and printing speed is not crucial. Many newer model laser printers are made from cheaper materials and achieve faster speed by deploying thinner rollers that wear out quickly and cause frequent paper jams."
