It has been up 24/7/365 through TWO Minnesota winters now, and shows no signs of disrepair. We are preparing to order another one simply because we want to change the image, the current banner shows no signs of wear and tear at all. The price was less than half of what other printers quoted us, and the quality is unassailable. "
"I contacted customer service representative Stan who works for Printastic regarding an issue with the print quality of the order. We had not received the proof as requested before printing, and upon receiving the final product, we were disappointed with the print quality. When I expressed these concerns to Stan, he became frustrated and stated, "I do not want to work with you guys ever again, this has been the biggest pain in my ****."
Stan's response was unprofessional and unacceptable. It left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Additionally, the lack of a proof and poor print quality caused us significant inconvenience and disappointment.
I urge the company to address the professionalism of their customer service representatives and ensure customers receive proofs and high-quality products as promised."
