"Same thing. SCAM SCAM SCAM. All you have to do is check out the Better Business Bureau. There are 57 complaints against them, AND they don't bother to return the BBB calls or inquiries either.

BUYER BEWARE. These people are definitely thieves and are in the business to SCAM YOU.

Seems the gifts I had sordered for them never arrived, although Prime Wines showed them as shipped. "Prime Wines took our online order and charged our credit card but did NOT ship the product. They ignored multiple emails. They never gave us an explanation for why they did not ship. They do not answer the phone. You can only get voice mail no matter when you call. And they do NOT return calls. I truly believe they are a scam company that does not ship any orders or just a few to keep their merchant account for charges active. I suspect that the only positive reviews you see are ones they post to try and con others. They have made no effort to fix the issue nor have they responded to repeated refund requests. We contacted our credit card company to contest the charge so hopefully they will not get to keep our money. I do not know why a company would let them accept credit cards. Buyer beware do not order from these guys. "

"I ordered a $200+ bottle of wine in September and have not yet received it. When i've called to inquire i've gotten 3 different stories all ending with "please wait a little longer, it's coming." They now no longer return my calls (4 unreturned calls as of today). I have received neither wine nor the refund I eventually requested. To call this experience disappointing would be a huge understatement. Horrible is closer. Certainly a zero on all ratings for performance, service and customer satisfaction. "

"I purchased a gift card for $125 from primewines.com. The recipient attempted to redeem it a few months later. They took the $125 gift card value from him and after 6 months of phone calls and emails have NEVER shipped the wine. Countless promises that it is "in the mail" proved empty.
