"These guys are awesome! I purchased a prosumer semi-automatic espresso machine and it was a brand new model from Italy. I won’t mention the brand but it was not a very good machine at all. They hadn’t worked out the kinks and the PID controller was erratic and many other issues. When I called Prima and explained the problems I was having they immediately replaced the machine with a different model I chose , the Rocket Giotto Evoluzione, which I am absolutely thrilled with. I have owned the Rocket for several months now and all I can say is WOW! Lee at Prima was outstanding in refunding and replacing and never once balked at standing behind the sale. This makes one feel at ease after making a $2,000 online purchase. "

"I wanted to order 2 Bonavita electric pour kettles and needed to receive them before Christmas. When I called on Thursday, 12/22/11, the sales rep was courteous and when told my situation, showed that he shared my sense of urgency. He immediately contacted the shipping to department to verify that we were still within the window of time to overnight my package and then quickly processed my order. I received the package the next morning at 10:30 and was happy to see my items were not only very well packed, but included was a nice ceramic mug and a 10% coupon for my next purchase. This is all on top of the fact, that Prima was selling the kettles at the lowest price you could find anywhere.
All in all, I was very pleased with the level of customer service from beginning to end. I will definitely shop with Prima again.
